1. Age Restrictions

• SYMPO is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older
• Alcohol-related features and pub access are restricted to users 21+
• We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the platform
• Age verification is enforced during account creation and usage

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sexual content involving minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of children
• Sharing or requesting explicit images of minors
• Any behavior that violates child safety laws

Any account found violating these rules will be immediately suspended or permanently banned and reported to appropriate authorities.

3. Prevention & Safety Measures

• OTP-based authentication and controlled onboarding
• Location-based access to social and dating features
• Profile moderation and misuse detection
• Limited chat duration with automatic data deletion
• In-app SOS and safety alert mechanisms
• Manual review of reported accounts

4. Reporting & Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate behavior directly through the app or by contacting our support team. All reports are reviewed promptly and handled confidentially.

• Immediate investigation of reported violations
• Temporary suspension during investigation
• Permanent ban for confirmed violations
• Data preservation for legal investigation when required

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

SYMPO cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. We comply with all applicable Indian laws and will provide information when legally required.
