4.3 Premium Features

Premium membership includes:

• Unlimited messaging
• Priority booking
• Exclusive event access
• Advanced search filters
• Ad-free experience
• Special venue discounts

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple or fake accounts
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
• Post explicit sexual content
• Solicit money or commercial activities
• Promote or facilitate prostitution
• Share copyrighted content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers)
• Attempt to hack or compromise the Service
• Violate any applicable laws

5.2 Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

• Be respectful and appropriate
• Not contain hate speech or discrimination
• Not promote violence or illegal activities
• Be accurate and not misleading
• Respect others' privacy

5.3 Consequences

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of paid subscriptions (no refund)

6. Dating Services

6.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will:

• Find a romantic partner
• Meet any specific number of people
• Have positive experiences with other members

6.2 Safety

While we verify profiles, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users. You are responsible for:

• Meeting in public places
• Informing friends/family of your plans

7. Table Booking Services

7.1 Booking Process

• Bookings are subject to venue availability
• Confirmation is required from the venue
• Booking details will be sent via email and SMS
• You must arrive within 15 minutes of reservation time

7.2 Venue Relationship

• Sympo.club is a booking platform only
• We are not responsible for venue services or quality
• Disputes with venues must be resolved directly with them
• Venues reserve the right to refuse service

7.3 No-Shows

• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions
• Some venues may charge no-show fees
• Cancel reservations if you cannot attend

8. Payment & Fees

8.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans:

• Free: Basic features, limited messaging
• Premium Monthly: ₹999/month
• Premium Quarterly: ₹2,499/3 months (save 17%)
• Premium Annual: ₹7,999/year (save 33%)

8.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets

8.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime in account settings
• No refund for unused portion of current subscription

8.4 Taxes

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (18%).

• Table Bookings: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before reservation

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Rights

All content on Sympo.club, including but not limited to:

• Logo, trademarks, and branding
• Website and app design
• Text, images, and graphics
• Software and source code
• Algorithms and matching technology

Are owned by Sympo Private Limited and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

10.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your profile and photos
• Use content for marketing (with permission)
• Moderate and remove inappropriate content

13. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sympo Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post on the platform
• Your interactions with other users

15. Termination

15.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Going to Account Settings → Delete Account
• Following the process at Delete Account
• Contacting support@sympo.club

15.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You provide false information
• You are underage
• We receive legal requests
• Your account shows suspicious activity

15.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to the Service will be revoked immediately
• Your profile will be deleted (subject to data retention laws)
• No refund for unused subscription period
• Pending bookings may be cancelled

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

16.1 Indian Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including:

16.2 Jurisdiction
