Terms of Service

1. Definitions

“SYMPO”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Sympo Private Limited, the owner and operator of the SYMPO mobile application, website, and related services.

“User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.

“Platform” includes the SYMPO mobile application, website, booking systems, dating features, and all related services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

3. Eligibility & Legal Capacity

• You must be at least 18 years old and 21 years old where alcohol-related services apply
• You must be legally competent to contract under Indian law
• You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• You must not have been previously banned from SYMPO

4. Account Registration & Security

• Registration requires a valid Indian mobile number with OTP verification
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• All activities under your account are your responsibility
• Providing false or misleading information may result in termination

5. Platform Services

SYMPO operates solely as a technology intermediary that enables:

• Discovery of pubs and venues
• Table reservations
• Subscriptions and digital services
• Dating and social interactions

SYMPO does not own, manage, or control any pub or vendor listed on the Platform.

6. Payments & Transactions

• All payments are processed via third-party payment gateways
• SYMPO does not store card, UPI, or banking details
• Transaction success depends on gateway and bank confirmation
• All prices are displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Harassment, impersonation, or stalking
• Misuse of dating or booking features
• Posting misleading or harmful content

8. Suspension & Termination

SYMPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms, platform policies, or applicable laws.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYMPO from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
